Finally, I managed to spend my summer in the "Sunshine State of Florida " interning with Southern DataStream Inc,.  Southern DataStream is a young engineering company located in the city of Gainesville and LaBelle.  At Gainesville, which is located in the northern part of Florida, the company conducts several researches in conjunction with other establishments  while based in LaBelle which is situated in the south-central part of the state.

The project that I am working on mainly focuses on water quality data management. The core purpose of the project is to automate data gathered from devices and perform calculations and analysis efficiently to make better decisions effectively.  My task at the moment is to understand and learn the as-is system and design or automate and improve the system for effective decision making for users (mainly researchers and technicians).
