Hey Folks,

I am aged 27years, from Ghana West Africa, and currently undertaking an internship program with the Southern DataStream here in Florida. I was born in a little village in northern Ghana called Juale. Born to farming parents, I hail from Posaak and one of twenty children in the family who received university education.

My name is Julius Najah Fobil, but I'll agree that the name will throw most of you into total confusion because you love to call me by a fun  name "Toli". To this category of friends, I will like to tell you to take it easy, and that you'll no longer stay confused. Toli is a name I got when I was in secondary school (Americans will call this, "High School") from November 1990-June 1992 in PRESEC, Legon. I indeed bought the name from a very close friend who was a mentor of some sort to me. He had several names at the time and could afford to sell it to me. The original Toli is currently Shooz and and a practicing Pharmacist in 37 Military Hospital located in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.

Let me take you briefly through my educational background. I went to St. Charles Secondary School in Tamale after elementary education in Juale. This was from September 1985 to June 1990 where I obtained my ordinary level (O'Level) certificate. I proceeded to Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School (PRESEC) also called Science College at Legon where I obtained my Advanced Level (A'Level) certificate in June 1992.  In October 1993, I enrolled in University of Ghana where I pursued a bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Zoology in my final or senior year. After a year of national service, I again enrolled in the same university  from August 1998 to June 2000 where I pursued a course of study in Environmental Science and which led to the award of a Master of Philosophy (M.phil) Degree. Before coming to Florida, I had been working as a teaching/research assistant in University of Ghana and an intern for the HORIZON solution site in my region.
