WORKING AT SOUTHERN DATASTREAM (June
2002-January 2003)
My work in Southern DataStream has to do
primarily with Telemetry systems for the Biosolids and the Phosphorous removal
projects, both in Okeechobee, Florida. Implementation of the
system that allows monitoring of battery levels, weather, pump
cycles, water levels etc, and on the other hand manages the pumps in the water
samplers is the goal of this work. These are the links to information
about these projects:
- Residual
Phosphorous Fate Study for an overview of the Biosolids project.
- Telemetry
System for details of the installation, our testing and implementation
stages, details on the control unit used in each sampler, how to repair these
units, and how to start up the telemetry data collection all for the Biosolids project in the Kirton Ranch.
- Keeping up power
supply, for considerations, calculations and pending tasks on the power
supply system.
- General Info
for a list of contacts, useful hints to troubleshoot and procedures.
- Download my last report
of work done and pending tasks in Kirton Ranch.
- Chandler_site. for
details of the sampling, telemetry system and the CR10X software of the Phosphorous removal
project in the Chandler creek.
- Go to the Official P removal project site
for more information of the Phosphorous removal project.

Level Meter Instrument. We built water level meters. Know our circuit
and exterior design.
